Definitions 

“Service Provider” refers to Hot Rod Mobile Bar, LLC providing mobile bar services.

“Client” refers to the individual, organization, or entity hiring the mobile bar services

Scope of Services

The Service Provider shall provide mobile bar services for the client’s event, including the setup, serving, and breakdown of the bar area.

The specific services to be provided, such as beverage options, equipment, bartenders, and additional services, shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to the event.

Booking and Payment

To secure the mobile bar services, the client shall provide a non-refundable deposit of $250 upon booking confirmation.

The remaining balance shall be paid no later than one day before the event.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Responsibilities

The client shall provide a suitable location for the mobile bar setup, including access to electricity and water if required.

The service provider shall be responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of the mobile bar area, ensuring it complies with health and safety regulations.

The client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions required for the event.

Alcohol Service and Regulations

The service provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol.

The service provider reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or disruptive.

The client shall ensure that guests provide valid identification to verify their age when requested by the service provider.

Insurance and Liability

The service provider shall carry general liability insurance related to the mobile bar services provided.

The client acknowledges and agrees that the service provider shall not be liable for any damages, accidents, injuries, or losses arising from the event, except those caused by the service provider’s negligence or misconduct.

Indemnification

The client shall indemnify and hold the service provider harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from the event, except those caused by the service provider’s negligence or misconduct.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or acts of God.

In the event of a force majeure situation, both parties shall work together to reschedule the event or determine appropriate solutions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the booking process and event planning confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona.

Amendments and Waivers

Any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions shall be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

The failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
